Unlike a yeast dough, this pizza dough will not rise as much. It is more like a flat biscuit or cracker. The texture is a bit on the crumbly side, and the flavor can be a bit bland. To make up for that, you can add herbs or garlic powder to the recipe to add more flavor to the crust. Oregano is a good choice to add; you could also use an Italian seasoning blend with basil, oregano, and other spices. Experiment a little and see what flavors you like best.

Pizza dough without yeast can be frozen for future dinners. Just mix the dough and shape it out just like you would if you were going to bake a pizza. Cover the pizza crust in foil and stack it in your freezer. This is a good excuse to make individual pizzas so they do not take up too much room. You can freeze them together simply by placing plastic wrap between each crust so they do not stick to each other. Place them all in a plastic freezer bag and store them for up to 3 months. If you want to freeze them longer than that, wrap them individually in plastic and freezer paper. Always label your frozen foods with the date so you know when you put it in the freezer. Thawing is an option when you want to use them, but you can just go ahead and top them and bake. The crust will thaw while the oven preheats.
